A modern 8-storey building is right on the beach. Its special feature is a cheerful combination of simple forms and bright elaborate accessories in the style of Modern.

83 Kurortniy prospect, is located in the park by the sea. It is a 3-storey Stalinist-era building that was reconstructed in 2004. Modern methods were used during the reconstruction. Now the building is equipped with air conditioning and has modern furniture.
