Building ¹ 1***** (Imperial), 22 Politekhnicheskaya St. – this is the maon image of the Rus Resort brand.
Build in 1955, this beautiful 3-storey building, locaterd 200 meters from the sea, looks like a palace with its columns, high ceilings, and atrium. This is ideal for those who pursue luxury and comfort during their rest.
In 2009-2010, it was reconstructed to meet the standars of a 5-star hotel. Special attention was paid to preserving the architectural style of the park complex, with its fountains and main marble stairway. Its interiors, with their classicism, combine well with the building's modern infrastructure and hi-tech equipment.
Rus stands for harmony, finesse and comfort. There are 74 comfortable rooms with modern conveniences ready for our guests. Every room is furnished in the classic style of the Angello Cappellini and Turri factories and features a LCD TV set, WiFi, a minibar, a safe, heated bathroom floors, Lite Touch lighting control and climate control systems.
