How can I book a room in Rus?
- You can book a room online: click ‘Online Booking’. We will get back to you within 5 days. You will receive an email with a confirmation. If there are no rooms available for the specified dates, our managers will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.
What does the package (hotel voucher) include?
- Accommodation, treatment, 3 buffet-style meals a day, cultural programs, beach, swimming pool (from 8:15 am to 12 pm; from 3 pm to 7 pm), gym, sauna (until 1pm).
How can I pay for the stay? Is there a deposit?
- Payment is made upon arrival. No deposit is necessary. You can also pay through a bank wire transfer or using Visa and MasterCard.
What is the check-in time? Can I check in earlier? Can I check out later?
- Check-in time is 12pm. Early check-in and later check-out are possible if the room is available. In case of earlier check-in, you will only need to pay for breakfast. In case of a later check-out, you will need to pay for ½ day. Please specify your check-in and check-out time when booking a room so that our managers find available rooms.
Is a resort guest's treatment card mandatory?
- Resort guest's treatment card is mandatory. You can get it from your doctor or at the resort (1,000 rub fee applies). If you are not planning on receiving any Resort treatment but would like to use the swimming pool, you will need either a treatment card or a medical certificate stating that you do not have any skin diseases (you can be examined at the resort).
What medical services are included in the package?

What is the minimum age for children staying at the resort? Do small children receive Resort treatment? Are children’s beds available? How much are additional accommodation places for children? Are there children’s playrooms?
- We accept children of 7 years and older. During high season, children of 12+ years receive resort treatment. Children’s beds are available. Additional beds for children cost 30% of single room fee and 50% of double room fee. Children’s playroom is available and open until 12pm (while parents receive resort treatment).
Do swimming pools have sea water? Does the outdoor swimming pool operate?
- Right now, water in our swimming pools is sweet. The outdoor pool in low and medium seasons is filled up depending on the weather. During high season, one outdoor and one indoor pools operate.
What does Semeyny room mean? How do room differ? What rooms have a sea view? What rooms have additional beds?
- Semeyny (Family) room has two rooms, with a French bed, with a park view, no balcony, and with a small fold-out couch. Twin room is a spacious room with a terrace and a view over the sea; there is also an additional fold-out armchair bed. Junior Suite room has a terrace and a sea view; it has 2 bathrooms (very convenient for families with 2 children), 2 additional sleep places – fold-out armchair beds. Twin room has a balcony and a view over the sea; no additional sleep places.
Can I stay at the resort and not receive Resort treatment? Will the price be different then?
- Our prices are fixed and already include medical resort treatment. You do not have to use it but the price will not change.

Where is Spalny building located?
- Spalny building (before - Sanatoriy Avangard), since August 2009 belongs to Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation and is called Rus Resort Complex. Address: 83 Kurortny prospect (next to Dendrariy arboretum, Circus). Spalny and Primorsky/Seaside buildings are located on their own park territory and have their own beach. A medical complex is located on the territory.
Is there a gym and a swimming pool?
- There is a gym but no swimming pool.
What are the meals like?
- 3 buffet-style meals a day.
What is the different between Twin Econom and Twin rooms?
- Twin Econom room does not have a balcony, Twin room does.
What kind of treatment is included?
- The list of medical procedures included in the package is the same as the list of Rus resort medical procedures.
